Can I recieve un-employment and workers comp pay while out on a work related injury?

No, as far as I know you cannot be eligible and receive benefits simultaneously under both programs since unemployment compensation presupposes that the unemployed person is in fact ready, willing, and able to undertake new employment(and in fact is actively seeking such), which would not be the case with a worker who was out of work due to an on the job injury for which he was receiving worker's compensation.
