rights of divorced women

what are the dominican laws on what property of a marriage after ten years a woman can receive when she divorces husband if property only in name of husband?

What are child support laws in dominican republic? If husband says he can't pay or doesn't pay can anything be done ?

A. If the properties,(land, apartments, etc.) were purchased during the marriage then the wife is entitled to 50% of it, even if it is under the husbands name.

B. If the properties, (land, apartments, etc.), were purchased before the marriage then the wife is entitled to 0%.

C. If the properties, (land, apartments, etc.), were inherited before or during the marriage then the wife is entitled to 0%.

D. With regards to personal property as in money, furniture, etc., the wife is entitled to 50% regardless of any of the conditions mentioned in letters A., B. or C.
