Legal Question in Immigration Law in Dominican Republic

I was recently married to a Dominican Women and I would like to bring her to the US for a visit. I plan to live in the Dominican Republic for 8 to 10 months of the year and in he US for 4 to 2 months.
What is my best and quickest option for getting her here ?
