Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Florida's mandatory disclosure for family law says I need to serve the other party bank statements, income tax returns, credit card statements, etc.

What if I don't have my tax returns? I haven't filed in three years.

Do I indeed have to provide these documents to the other side or wait until they request them?

You can provide them when they ask, or automatically. Sometimes, they never get filed, and parties just depend on the financial affidavit. If you haven't filed them, provide other proof of income which shows how much you earned in the given years.
