Is it illegal for a 18 ear old boy to have consenting sex with a 15 year old girl in the state of Florida? If so, what is the law on this?

A fifteen year old cannot consent so it is illegal.

Yes, it is illegal for an 18 year old to have sex with a consenting 15 year old. The 18 year old will be charged with lewd and lacivious battery, a second degree felony. Please call my office for more information.
