my father is 88 yrs and a 60 year old women moved in with him and she is taking over the money and everything and he has turned on all of his children anything we can do??

If you father is not mentally sound, you might seek to bring legal action to protect his assets and prevent his friend from taking over his life. However, if he knows what is going on, and is making decisions of his own free will as an adult, not sure you can do much about it. Feel free to call my office if you wish to discuss further.
