I had a vehicle repoed about 13 yrs ago and they are still trying to take me to court. Is there a statue of limitation on this?

Yes, very likely so, but a lawyer would probably need to review the matter in order to inform you as
to which statute of limitations may have taken effect in your particular situation and when that may have occurred.
