Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida

i signed a waiver of prosecution, do not want to press charges because in reality it was a stupid argument, no injuries at all, because if there were i would have for sure press charges but it was not like that. at the heat of the moment police were called i was mad and wrote on the police report he had hit but i was super mad what can happen because he wants to take it to a speedy trial but i am not pressing charges because it was so stupid

The state presses charges, not the victim. Contact the prosecutor.
