Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida

I was stopped by a police officer when i was on the beach at 1:00 am. The beach was supposed to be closed from 12:00 to 5:00 am. This happened in Miami Beach, Florida. I wasn't arrested but i was given a complaint/arrest affidavit. It says i was loitering and i was wondering what the fines would be when i go to court and if there is anything i can do to prevent myself from paying or avoid any punishment. I was with my friends and we were just in the water relaxing. I'm 18 years old and my record couldn't be cleaner.

Ask the judge to withhold adjudication and for pretrial iintervention.
