Power of Attorney of our mother in 1991

If my brother did Power of Attorney in Marietta GA in 1991 and now in 2007 my mother is 87 he threw her out of his nouse but all medical,bank all must go thru him,does this still take in account for St.Petersburg,Fla where she is with my twin sister?

Powers of attorney can be revoked by the grantor at any time, as long as the grantor is sound of mind. But you need to inform everyone that the PoA was revoked.
