Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Florida

appeals case

My ex started an appeals case in florida for our child custody case. He was given 15 days to give a good address so he gave a fake one. How can I show this to the courts, what do i need to file?

File a motion to dismiss the appeal because he lied to the court and provided a false address.

You should make the court aware of this. Was it the trial court or the appellate court that issued the order?
