Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Florida

temporary support during appeal

I am working on appeal ( pro se) on Final judgemnt of dissolution of marriage. While is the case pending in appealate court, can I still somehow address an issue of temporary support, while the case is pending ? My husband was ordered to be the sole owner of family business ( represented by attorney)which supposingly did not have positive fair market value, so he is not ordered to pay me any money, but I know the company is doing well .I was left after years of work with nothing and do not have any income right now. Can I still file with the lower court motion for temporary support or lost profit ...?

Re: temporary support during appeal

The court's order says that you are not entitled to support, as I understand your post. Although you have appealed this decision, while on appeal that does not mean that you are entitled to temporary support. So far, you have lost that issue.
