i went to the meeting of creditors i was a asked some questions about my income tax return iwas asked what did i do with it i said i paid off a 3,000 debt from a relative know the trustee is sending me a letter telling me he wants to sue the relative or i agree to pay 3,000 over time i s there anything i could flie to stop this if so how do i go about doing it

You'll have to speak to a bankruptcy lawyer to get some ideas after looking over your situation. From what you're described, you've broken two cardinal rules of bankruptcy: 1) you've given money that belonged to the estate (your tax return) to someone else, and 2) you've paid off a debt to a relative within a year of filing bankruptcy. These are pretty serious violations. Based on what you've said, I don't see any defenses.
