Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

What are my chances?

I am drowing in credit card debt and have checked other options. I feel my best and only resort is bankruptcy. I have gotten 2 consultation from attorneys who specialize in bankruptcy. I have also gotten 2 different answers. My sister has a mobile home in South Carolina which is solely in my name. She has made all the payments and has proof of that, my only contribution is my name on the title. I have made no financial contributions to her home what so ever. If I file for bankruptcy what are the chances of her losing her home, in addition what are my other options?

As you have experienced there is a split of opinion. Your title evidence is your worst card. If you can convince the trustee of your position, then your chances will have substantially improved.

That is a hard question as shown by the conflicting answers. Some trustees will try to go after it. There are other ways to protect the property.
