Credit Card Judgement & Forced Sale

I have a personal judement from a credit card company. Can they force the sale of land that is paid for and the title is held in my husbands and my name in fee simple?

Not if it is 'titled as tenants by the entirities'. You should consult with a qualified attorney in your area.
