if I file chapter 7 will my mobile home and car be exempt?

I just moved to Florida in the past couple of weeks. If I file chapter 7 bankruptcy will my mobile home which I just purchased from an individual who I will be making payments to and is not financed but the transaction is between him and me. Also I have a 2002 automobile which I am making payments on and they are all current, no late payemnts. Would both the car and mobile home be exempt in these procedings?

You fail to disclose where you reside. Without that information it is not possible to fully reply. At this point, your car would be exempt to the extent of $1,000.00.
