Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

I filed chapter 13 in 2014, during the process due some paperwork the case got dismissed and got reinstated on May 4, on April 4 I purchase a car from a dealer that assured me financing, they knew that I had a C13 case going, is now been 2 months I have not gotten any financing information and they are denying to issue at temp tag until the financing is resolve. I put 2500.00 down, can I include this under the chapter 13 since it became active again on May 4?
