Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

I need to know about forclosures and bankruptcy

I own a house I can't pay for anymore. I changed jobs and took a huge pay cut and the payments are one and a half of what I make a month. I have been trying to sell it since november and recently have lowered the price and still have had no luck. I now have depleated my savings trying to pay for it and would like to give it back to the bank. There is equity in the house that I am willing to walk away from. How do I proceed? Do I file bankruptcy? I do not have a car.I drive a company car...I work for a University. Also, I am a part of a corporation...my parents and I own a franchise that is incorporated but it is not showing a profit...but I do not want it to be effected either. I do not want to lose my furniture which is all I have. If you have any ideas please let me know. Thank you!!!!
