Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
How long can a bankruptcy stay on your credit report after filing for banruptcy and is there anyway to remove it from your report .Thank you, Robert

It's supposed to be ten years for a chapter 7, and there shouldn't be any legal way to remove it.
