Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Three months ago I filed a chapter 13. After 1 month, I lost my job and could not keep up with the monthly obligation. I subsequently withdrew my Chapter 13 after three months. I am interested in filing a Chapter 7. How long do I have to wait? Or what are my consequences now? I have no assets, my house is under water and currently on unemployment

Generally, you don't have to wait before filing chapter 7 if that chapter 13 was the only time you've ever filed bankruptcy. You'll have to speak to a bankruptcy lawyer about the consequences, because they depend on your situation.
