Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

My parents lied to the bankruptcy court (hid a lawsuit winnings, etc.) anyway they made a guy down the street mad and he reported them to the trustee and the trustee in charge of the area.anyway his son admitted to me the other day. Also they keep getting letters from there trustee about them being so far behind on there payments they have 45 days to catch up.My question is how soon can they get into trouble? They are 8 months behind on the house payments and

they owe lots of money to the hoa here and everybody is mad at them.they have lied here 8 years and only paid hoa dues the first 16 months they lived here.

I'm trying to help but I'm scared of what is going to happen now?

The can get into trouble soon if they do not catch up on their payments to the trustee.

They can get into trouble, a lot of trouble, really fast. They need to contact an attorney right away. Ignoring things will only make it worse in the end.

They could go to jail for bankruptcy fraud. Do they have an attorney who is aware of this? Please feel free to have them call me ASAP. 561-353-2800 X306
