Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

I have been putting off filing bankruptcy, I was even able to short pay some unsecured creditors. The time has come and I need to file one credit card company has a judgment, my husband is self employed and has had no income for 10 years I support the family of 5. Does 1/2 of his company get counted as my asset?

No. However, his monthly contribution to your disposable income will determine how much will be paid to creditors. But it looks as if you have nothing to worry about if he has no income.
