refinacing motorcycle
I am filling for bankruptcy. My ex and I have a Motorcycle in both or names. I want my name off of the bike. Will the place we have it finance make him refinace it to get my name off or will they just drop my name from it and let him have it

Your name comes off the debt automatically, but they may repossess the motorcycle since they will have lost one of their signers.
