Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
My auto was broke down and I was in the hospital with a work rwlated broken leg. My car got towed, I did not have the money to go get it the fees they wanted were more than the car is worth. They told me if I don't pay their fees I won't even be able to buy or register another car until I pay their fees. Can they do this? I understand they can keep my old toyota. But if I give the keys and title do they have anything to do with me buying abother car. Thanks. [email protected]

They cannot prevent you from buying another car
