Bias Contracts

Is there a law which provides protection to individuals who enter into a contract which provides all positive results to one side and severe negative results to the other due to complex wording?

Re: Bias Contracts

This is often termed a unilateral contract. Although some judges may set aside some of the more onerous provisions during litigation, there is no specific law which "provides protection to individuals who enter into a contract which

provides all positive results to one side and severe negative results to the other". This is the reason why many people choose to consult with an attorney prior to entering into a contract they do not understand.
