Cease and Decist

I would like some information on obtaining a Cease and Decist form to send to a previous employee who has violated our terms of a Non Compete and Non disclosure agreement. Please advise at your earliest convenience.

You will not find a form for what you are requesting. If you would like to see results, I advise you to hire an attorney in your area, who can advise you and tailor a letter based on your noncompete clause, based on your individual needs, and based on the potential prejudice from any violations.
