civil or federl court venue?

I filed a suit in samll claims court for business transaction interfereance, harassment & defamation against another person in the state of virginia. They live there & sell on ebay to persons in the entire US including florida. I live in FL & filed suit against her for $3500 in small claims court. She has interferred with my business transactions on ebay. She has posted my name on here online listings defaming me & my business.

There is no question here. You may not have jurisdiction over her and without knowing what is said by her I could not comment on whether it is actionable or not.
