How long or what is the time limit for a company (Perdue) to pay out monies owed to a consumer after the court has awarded 44 million to the consumers and how long can the aTTYS REPRESENTING THE LAW SUIT HAVE TO DISTRIBUTE THE MONIES THANK YOU

depends on several factors including whether there is an appeal of the judgment. Distribution following receipt can take some time as well.

The time to pay is detailed n the settlement agreement. Once the money is reeceived, or before, the liens mus be resolved. Government liens can take awhile. I have had Medicare take 12 months just to tell me what the lein is.
