counter-suit, contract

I sued in small claims for 5K and he

has moved it to civil and conter sued

me for 16K.

I have answered and given responce

to his counter suit. Bellow my

answers, I wrote my defense for each

count he is filing against me.

I now want to;

1.) admend first suit from 5k to 16 K

2.) add Prayer to award me

judgement and relief

3.) Add several counts against him

additional to the breach of contract.

He is an ele contractor and county

put 10K lein on my house, I failed

inspections because his work was not

done to code and he was fined and

found guilty by code compliance of

ele board.

You will need to file an amended complaint. It will be helpful if you are represented by an attorney in circuit court. The court may have forms and instructions available to help members of the public in representing themselves. Check with your County's Clerk of Court. Best regards.

File a motion to amend your complaint. Attach a copy of the proposed amendment to the motion. The rule is that motions to amend should be freely given.
