Discrimination in the workplace

My question is that if my boss has his sister working at our job and she doesnt even speak english yet she becomes asstiant manger while ive been working there for over a year and tells us she gets treated differently because shes family to our faces! is it illegal can i do something please help

No, it is not illegal. An employer can prefer family over others. It is a fact of life. If you do not want to work in a family business and except that reality, then you should start looking for other work.

It is not illegal to employ a family member or to show preference to that person over another. Discrimination deals with federally protected classes which is not the basis for your complaint. If you are not happy with your working situation, your only recourse is to find another job.
