Domestic Partnership
Wife, (married 15 years to unemployed ADHD husband who is now seeking divorce) They lived on $110,000.00 per year + benefits- courtesy of the mother in law. Two children were born, to the delight of the Mother in law who owned the family home. She later had them evicted when her son filed for divorce and she ended all ongoing support.
Husband/father/petitioner claims that he has nothing and remains unemployed. This looks much like a 'Domestic Partnership' where the Mother in law benefited from the marriage and now denies it. Should this Pro Se wife now file a Domestic Partnership Law Suit in the State of Florida?

There is no such thing as a domestic partnership lawsuit. You can't sue mother in law for having provided money in the past. She has no obligation to do so in the future.
