Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

drugs and alcohol in the workplace

My husband was a former drug addict. He has recently started again. He has two bosses who both use cocaine and alcohol everyday during work hours. Lately he has started using again. I feel that this is harassment. He should be able to go to work without being offered alcohol and drugs. I know they are not making him do it, but the fact that they are doing it around him and offering it to him I feel is wrong and should be looked at as harassment. I want to sue the company because management should be setting examples instead of encouraging their workers to go against company policy. Can I legally do something about it?

Call the police. Contact the company management to report what is going on. Your husband is part of the criminal activity, so he may find himself with a problem as well, though. It does not strike me as harrassment. Employers are not required to "set examples."
