I filed a lawsuit pro-se defendant response with a motion to dismiss the judge give me 10 days to respond to the motion I hired attorney to file a response to the complaint the lawyer failed to file a response the case got dismiss with prejudice how can I get the dismissal set aside,and can I legal malpractice lawsuit against the attorney
