Does Florida law specify which officer of a non-profit (specifically a Church) board must sign contracts for the organization? Or may any officer sign contracts?

FL law does not designate a specific officer or director to execute contracts; however,

law requires that any contract or enforceable agreement of a corporation, profit or non-

profit, be executed by an officer or officers so authorized by the corporation, usually

its CEO, attested by its Secretary or other officer.
