There is a particular individual that I has reason to believe is running a business out of his home w/o proper licensing... Can you please tell me what type of license(s) would be required to run a bording/rooming house out of your own home in the Tampa, FL area; and what site I can goto (or how to go about) to varify if said individual actually possesses such licensing?

You don't need a license to rent a room in your house out.
