Lack of payment

I have spent an enormous amount of time, minutes on cell phone calls, and other resources all while chasing down a client who has not paid for my professional services. Do I have the ability to recover money for my time and efforts or will Small Claims court only settle for the fee that I am due?

You cannot recover for your time absent an agreement in your contract that would allow it.
