Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Need a lawyer for a drawing?

I would like to do a drawing for my customers: 100 people would be picked and would win a special gift. Do I need someone to monitor the drawing and state that the whole process was done properly, or can I just pick the winners by myself?

Thank you.

You should be able to do it yourself although you may wish to have at least one witness present so that nobody complains.
