Loan From Family Member
Oh Yes, the original agreement is in writing, so the way I see it is, if they take me to court, they are entitled to the remainder of the loan, plus interest (at the original interest rate) and court costs and possibly attorneys fees. Correct?? And, thank you so much for replying.
