Manufacturer's Demo Agreement Templates
I am searching for a template of a ''Manufacturer's Demonstration Unit'' Agreement.
My company is a product manufacturer, and we are in the process of initiating contractual agreements with independent Reps internationally.
The device we purvey is somewhat expensive, and it is critical that we obtain an agreement with our Reps concerning how the Demo is to be used, how it is to be sold at the end of the term, pricing, etc.
Please reply with directions, instructions......

Regrets, cannot steer you to such a source. It seems it means taking company policy and reducing it to a written agreement. Competent counsel should be able to assist.
