Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

medical spa

we are a start-up medspa and will be hiring doctors for botox injections in need of employee non-compete agreements and compensation wording, in order that he not take our clientele and open his own practice. Any suggestions or forms would be greatly appreciated..Thank you in advance for any and all assistance...

Re: medical spa

This is the type of document which would have to be narrowly tailored and drafted based on your business needs. Non-competes are enforceable but they are highly disfavored in the law, and often voided if not properly drafted, because they constitute a restraint on commerce, trade, and the ability of a person to earn a living. Therefore if you still need individual attention, you may contact the undesigned.

Randall Gilbert

Re: medical spa

This is not the type of contract that you can purchase as a form. You will need to retain an attorney to be assured of its enforcabaility. The contract will not only need to deal with noncompetition but also the haelth care regulations. Also note that if the practice is not owned by a doctor, you will need special licensure.
