Actually, your question is short, but the issues relating to your question are vast and potentially complex in nature. You are effectively searching for an outside general counsel experienced in corporate and business matters. Our firm acts as outside general counsel for various business entities, and I would be glad to meet with you to discuss the legal representation needs of your company and whether we can properly assist you with such needs. We enjoy a working relationship with qualified attorneys in several large cities across the United States, but those relationships may not be terribly relevant depending on the circumstances surrounding your business and your plan for future growth. If you wish to discuss this matter further or schedule a consultation, kindly contact my office at your convenience at 305-445-0937.
