Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

If the owner of a private company signs only her name on a contract and not the company name or any indication of a company name, is the contract legally binding? It is a non compete contract that I signed. Any insight you can give me, would be appreciated. Thank you.

Non competes are fully enforceable in Florida but they must be reasonable as to scope and geographical restrictions, among other requirements.
