I have an idea for invention.I have spoke with a couple of patent assistance web sights.they claim to have lawyers to assist me and get money.should I trust them or see a lawyer first?

See a lawyer. Patent assistance web sites are designed to assist you lose your money and place it in their coffers. I have yet to hear of one which actually helps anyone patent an idea or invention successfully.
