Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
personal loan
I owe my friend money. I am delinquient. She holds the title to my mobile home. She left a letter stating that I had to pay the full amount within 3 days or leave the mobile home that I live in. I want to pay her but due to major health issues I am unable to at this time. Can she make me move out ?

She will need to evict you, assuming that you are behind on the rent as well. If you are there for free and there is no lease, then she can withdraw her consent for you to stay. Trty to work it out with her if you can.
