This can be done and you can be sued for a civil tort, regardless of whether the claim against you has merit or not. It would be wise to get some background on this through self study or from a lawyer so you can feel comfortable doing this because you put yourself at risk when you do this for profit. It also depends on which state's law applies; some protect the privacy and image of famous or even not so famous people.
