Privacy Rights- Government Employees verse Private Sector Employees
why do workers for governmental entities in the US have a few more privacy rights legally then the private sector. State and explain what laws apply to government workers more so then the private sector that afford the government workers “more” privacy rights

You need to be more specific in your question. What are you troubled by? I can see where some governmental workers are entitled to broader privacy rights. For instance, agents working for the CIA or NSA should have their identities kept secret -- for obvious reasons.
