Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
A real estate client owes us $985 for photography services for BPO reports. He promised to pay for now months. I'd like to post his debt on our web page for all to see... Yes this may be revengeful but I feel that other clients should be aware. Can I do this legally?

You even stated "Yes this may be revengeful . . .", this implies an improper motive that could result in a libel claim against you. Don't do it. Try as best as you can to work out a payment plan or time table.
