Refusing A Sale
I recieved an estimate from a company to purchase goods. I have sent a check to make the purchase. Now they're saying they don't know where the pricing came from, and want to send my check back. I have a written estimate from them, done by a past employee of thiers. Can they now refuse me the sale at the quoted price?
