terminating 2 partners FL Corp.

i am the president of a computer company in miami. i need to terminate both of my partners. i want to be sure to cover the non compete, as well as tresspassing going forward. no payments or severance or anything is necessary. i want to reject their stock and eliminate them.

This should be covered by your partnerhsip agreement. If none, then their are certain legal avenues to follow.

It is not clear from your question whether you have apartnership or a corporation. Partners don't have "stock". The avenues available depend on what form of business you have, the terms of the agreements that formed the business entities and what other agreements are in place. If there are no agreements, the Florida Statutes provide for certain remedies. If you do not have a noncompete already in place, it is probably too late to get one now. You will need to see a decent business lawyer.
