Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I have a website that is centered around giving people tasks to complete. Even though the tasks are normal everyday things, if someone gets hurt performing a task I instruct them to do can my business be successfully sued?

Please keep in mind that all my users agree to a lengthy terms and conditions that spell out that the users perform these tasks of their own free will and to hold my company harmless in case of incident but I'm not sure this is enough.

Thanks,

Tim

Well, the answer turns on several issues. One is the type of tasks and how foreseeable accidents are. Also, not all disclaimers are created equal. Just because you have a disclaimer it does not mean that you are not liable.

I offer a 30 minutes free initial consultation should you need more information.

Sincerely yours,
